Wedding prices
Let’s talk money!
I have a very simple pricing structure based around full day coverage. I like to tell the story of your day in full, so I start with morning prep, and I shoot right through until after your first dance (if you’re having one of course). If you require a bespoke quote, due to the nature of your wedding, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we can chat. I am also available for half day bookings on select weekdays (just contact me for more details).

”Well where do I start? INCREDIBLE. Dan made us feel so relaxed. He’s just so bubbly and fun to be around, and the outcome of his work is indescribable. Keep rocking man!”
POSING SUCKS: WE HATE POSING! WILL YOU POSE US?
Relax, I am 100% not going to make you do any rubbish posing, but I find most couples really benefit from a little guidance and advice, so I will suggest a few things that might help you relax and enjoy yourself. I am ultimately interested in the real moments between you both, so all my portraits with you will be as un-posed as possible, and although you might feel a little anxious now at the prospect of having a dude shove a camera in your face, you are going to be feeling pretty happy having just done the mighty deed, and you will be surprised just how much fun we will have! Oh and don’t worry, you won’t be kept away from your guests for hours on end, I tend to do all my portraits during a couple of mini 15/20 minute sessions spread throughout the day, meaning more time for you to party!
GROUP PHOTOGRAPHS: DO YOU DO THEM?
Group photographs are still really important to most couples, so yes I do them, but that doesn’t mean they have to be boring, take ages, or become a dreaded part of the day! As I said earlier, I’m keen to not turn your day into a photoshoot, so I always suggest we keep groups photos to a maximum of 15 combos, and that way we can shoot them quickly and get all the formalities of the day sorted out early doors, meaning more time for you guys to enjoy the day.
In the run up to your wedding I ask you to fill out a Shot List, this will be your selection of important group and family images you want me to capture on the day, and I will aim to get these all wrapped up as early and quickly as I can after your ceremony has finished so you and your guests can relax!
YO! LET’S TALK: THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE CAN DO
The very best way to figure out if I’m right for you and your day is for us to talk! I am very happy to meet you in person for a drink and a chat if you live in or around the Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge area, or we can chat over Zoom/Skype, whatever works best for you. I know many people start their search for a photographer with only a price or a style in mind, and of course you guys loving my work and me being within your budget is massively important, but the real key to us capturing the very best photographs is going to be down our relationship with each other. I am going to be with you and your guests all day, so making sure we get on and are the right fit, is vitally important or it’s going to be a long day for all…yikes!
PRICES: DO WE NEED TO SELL A KIDNEY TO AFFORD YOU?
How long do we have you on the day?
I tend to start around 2 hours before ceremony, this gives me plenty of time to get the best bridal prep moments, and I will normally stay all day until around 30 minutes after your first dance (or approx 9pm), so I can catch some of the party action in the evening as well!
This is all dependent on your individual timings, and hours of coverage booked of course, but as a general rule that’s my full day schedule.

Do we need to feed you?
I don’t contract a meal but I never turn one down either, so I would really appreciate it if you are able to provide me with a meal on the day, but I’m very happy to bring my own as long as I know ahead of time!

When will we see our photos?
My normal turnaround time for full gallery edit & delivery is approx 6-8 weeks, but I will provide you with a mini edit of highlights usually within 48 hours of your wedding so you have something awesome to share with your friends and family early doors!
This will come in a very easy to access password protected online gallery that you can send out to your loved ones and also download from to post to your socials etc.
The weather is awful! What happens?
I have spent my whole career in England, battling against the weather at multiple weddings, so please don’t worry as there is always a way to getting around it!
It’s very unlikely to be poor all day, meaning we may just need to pick our moments, but I will find a way of making it work regardless, and it’s always good to have a spare pair of shoes on hand just in case we need to brave some rain!
