L&J = WEDDING WINNERS ❤️ It's been a minute since I have shot a wedding at the lovely Barnsdale Lodge, it's always been a venue I have enjoyed though, so I was delighted when the fantastic Lisa & Jason asked me to be their photographer at this lush location. I loved their enquiry, but when they told me 'We're both quite awkward in front of a camera and look weird in very posed pictures! You'll have a job making us look as attractive as your other couples...' it made me laugh, not least because I hear this from so many couples that book in with me, but because I know for a fact that EVERYONE is photogenic with the right photographer and my speciality is awkward people haha! I told them they would be too excited to be self-conscious,and I also knew that Lisa's Italian heritage would absolutely come to the front in her dress and outfit choices, so they would look BLOODY AMAZING and just look at them both! Totally smashed it and them shoes...LEGENDS 🙂 The whole day was incredible fun, there were so many children running around having the time of their lives (I was asked not to post them so I have not but those kids were INSANE), and both myself and John had a great time chatting with the lovely guests and capturing this day in the relaxed and unintrusive manner that Jason & Lisa wanted. CONNOR⚡CHLOE TATTOOS, BOOZE, TWO DRESSES & ONE RI CONNOR⚡CHLOE TATTOOS, BOOZE, TWO DRESSES & ONE RIOT OF A WEDDING! Yes Chloe & Conner, despite knocking this whole day together in a matter of months, you SMASHED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I had met C&C last year shooting another wedding for some mutual friends, and they had told me they were considering NOT having a photographer but changed their mind having met me and seen my work, which was a massive compliment that really did mean the world to me ❤️ The whole day, at the super stunning Lanwades Hall, was a celebration of love, fun, alternative lifestyles and embracing who you are, which for me, is what marrying your best friend should be about and it's obvious when you meet these two that that is exactly what they are. I had a fantastic day capturing the awesome wedding of Nathan & Victoria at the ever stunning Holmewood Hall on Saturday, not only did I spend the entire day laughing my tits off at all the bridal party shenanigans going on, I also managed to take some photos haha, and what a great day it was! I knew from the laugh we had over zoom that Victoria & Nathan were MY kind of people, and that this wedding was going to be full of laughs, love, emotion and PLENTY of mischief, so I was really delighted when they trusted me to capture it for them! CRAIG⚡ELENA GOLDEN HOUR RAIN SHOWER MAGICAL WEDDI CRAIG⚡ELENA GOLDEN HOUR RAIN SHOWER MAGICAL WEDDING WINNERS! Take a bow Elena & Craig, not only did you CRUSH this awesome & beautiful Happy Valley wedding, but the way you embraced that entirely predictable rain shower during golden hour was genuinely HEROIC (and you saved me having a mild panic attack for taking you out just for that to happen haha)! C&E choose the stunning Happy Valley for their day, and despite the weather deciding to do what felt like change through all 4 seasons every hour, they timed a break in the wind and rain to perfection to get married on the romantic island in the lake. It was a breath taking setting, one filled with laughter and emotion, and set the tone for a day filled with love, mischief and just a few double chins 🤣 WHAT A DAY! REHANNA⚡CHAZ BAGPIPES, BOOZE & BONNIE THE DOG TOO REHANNA⚡CHAZ BAGPIPES, BOOZE & BONNIE THE DOG TOO! What a way to really kick off my 2026 wedding season fully with the amazing Rehanna, Chaz and Bonnie at the beautiful Pike & Eel at Cambridge Marina! It's always incredible when fellow industry people trust you to capture their day, so when Chaz & Rehanna from the amazing music duo CHARLIE & REHANNA asked me to be their photographer I was chuffed, not least because I knew it was going to be an absolute banger of a day, but also because they are both wonderful humans ❤️ The kilts were immense, the bridal party were raving before midday, the lads were downing whisky before the bag piper had even turned up and Bonnie the ring bearer stole the show...WHAT A WEDDING! ⚡I'M BACK, BITCHES!⚡ You may have noticed it’s be ⚡I'M BACK, BITCHES!⚡ You may have noticed it’s been a little quiet around here lately BUT that’s all about to change as I begin to really get stuck into the season at last! I have captured a few weddings already, and shot some cool music and commercial stuff, but truth be told I have been purposefully taking a little break from the work socials to give my brain a rest and for me to get ready for a mad 2026! I know the algorithm wants me to keep pumping ‘content’ out 24/7, but I find it truly exhausting, so I’m picking my fights a lot more these days. And on that note... ...IT’S CONFESSION TIME!
